BEAUTRIUM Celebrates 13 Years with ‘Beauty Companion’

With over 50 current locations and a decade-long journey, BEAUTRIUM is a multi-brand beauty store that has refreshed its image and raised brand awareness through the concept: “A cosmetics store, a companion of all beauty.” BEAUTRIUM invites everyone to visit any store across Thailand to try cosmetics from every tier available globally.
Mr. Jirawut Rojratanawalee, Chief Executive Officer of BEAUTRIUM Co., Ltd., stated, “From the success accumulated over the past 13 years of BEAUTRIUM and the outstanding performance from January to August 2024, with an average growth rate of 77% compared to the same period in 2023, from both existing and new branches, we aim to reach customers of all genders and ages in every region. Our plan is to expand branches nationwide by 2027. To achieve this, we are implementing a comprehensive strategic plan, focusing primarily on selecting products that meet the specific needs of customers in different regions (Customised Assortment by Location). Along with developing the supply chain to support business expansion, we have also enhanced the store atmosphere to suit each region’s size and geography, providing a better shopping experience. This year, we increased our warehouse space fourfold to support business growth, stores, and product availability, and to improve operational efficiency. We have also integrated an innovative management system to assist our brand partners and support their growth as well.”
Mr. Atiroj Rojratanawalee, Chief Marketing Officer of BEAUTRIUM Co., Ltd., added, “BEAUTRIUM’s rapid expansion is due to customers finding the items they need at affordable prices and enjoying excellent shopping experiences. As a result, our customer retention rate increased to 53% from 2023. We have created sales channels to cover all aspects of the customer journey, increasing our reach. These channels include the Beautrium Application, Beautrium Website, and the Beautrium Official Store across various marketplaces. As a leader in quick commerce, we also offer services through Grabmart, a location-based business providing product delivery within 25 minutes. On the occasion of its 13th anniversary, BEAUTRIUM has launched a commercial film with the tagline “BEAUTY COMPANION: Friends for all Beauty.” The film aims to embrace all styles of beauty and make the brand more relatable and enjoyable for audiences. BEAUTRIUM aspires to create a comfortable atmosphere where anyone can enjoy self-care and find their ideal look by experiencing the fun of trying cosmetics, regardless of brand or price.
